My experience with Donovan’s was excellent!!!! I would highly recommend them. I was literally desperate and beyond discouraged with my vehicle when I brought it to them. I thought my vehicle was a lost cause. It couldn’t pass inspection and then it stopped running. Quick backstory:

I have a Mercedes SUV that, for lack of a better way to put it, I got completely screwed on. I thought I was buying a great truck, but instead, I spent a lot money on a truck with big problems and botched repairs. Some mechanics quoted me astronomical prices, and others wouldn’t even touch my truck. That’s how I ended up desperately calling Donovan’s. And I wish I would’ve called them first. First off, everyone there was awesome, all the time. When I explained my situation to them, they couldn’t believe it. They said they’d be happy to help and to have my truck towed there. It took several appointments to fix all the truck’s issues, which included the replacement of several expensive parts. The service was personal and they went above and beyond to help me. They called auto parts stores, junk yards, and even searched the internet to find quality parts at the best prices because the prices were steep and they really wanted to help me out as much as they could. I can’t say enough about the amazing service they provide. End result: Thanks to Donovan’s, I have a completely restored, fully functional truck that finally passed inspection. With flying colors, actually. 🙂
